Lie Detector Kiosks, Is always that Legal in the United States ? What ...

Everybody knows in the information age how easy it is for those to steal someone?s identity by hacking within their computer about power racks, or experiencing their online content, some of which they freely post on social networking sites. But maybe you have considered that somebody can steal your identity, by stealing a picture or photo individuals?

It?s correct, and it happens a lot more than you believe. Now then, there exists a topic, a legitimate topic I?d like to check with you that have to use identity theft and also the new facial recognition technology, which can be recovering every year.

Okay so, you probably wonder about the challenges with FaceBook instituting a facial recognition feature right? Sure, which makes sense, and if you?re a FaceBooking type, just how can anyone really blame you to be alarmed. Personally, I think it?s type of too bad FaceBook doesn?t discount photos lifted off their websites like ?Classmates [dot] com? from people who usually are not real, as it can catch some of the people who are hiding anonymously and ultizing other?s names so as to deceive or worse attempt predator type stalking on our nations children or teenagers for instance reverse hyper.

There was a great excerpt posted to Slash Dot technology news recently by Soulskill on June 11, 2011 titled ?Russian Lie Detector ATM? which known a bit compiled by Smitty777 which explained with the deployment of the voice analysis software applications which will ask ATM users questions for example ?are you employed?? and ?At this moment, are you experiencing some other outstanding loans?? in addition to ?scanning passports, records fingerprints and takes a three-dimensional scan for facial recognition to avoid identity theft and bad withdraws.?

There was another interesting piece in Bloomberg Business Week in the June 13 ? June 19, 2011 issue titled; ?FaceBook ? EU Probes Facial Recognition Features? and discusses how people add 100 million photo tags daily to the network, and can easily opt-out should they desire to from the facial recognition features, still the FTC or Federal Trade Commission is investigating this, because the details are sketchy as to whether folks turned into pre-opted in prior to the new feature and/or didn?t discover how to opt-out or potential future consequences it might bring.

Currently, the TSA is putting forth gait and facial recognition technologies at airports that can electronically profile anomalous behavior, frankly people who are very nervous, look like they?re casing the place, or about commit a criminal offense, or worse a terrorist act. If we find this technology at banks, post offices, train stations about recumbent exercise bike, airports, government buildings, and everywhere else as well as your local Starbucks, favorite shops, as well as Walmart ? does that mean we will catch all of the criminals?

Of course, if those images individuals, me, and everybody else happen to be caught on film, digitized, and kept in the cloud, frankly some data center somewhere, that is to express someone can?t steal your identity, or frame you for something you didn?t do? And you are probably wondering are these technologies even legal, as in what happened to the freedoms? Will they stop identity theft, or will all of the citizens of this great nation attend the mercy with the wizard who controls the information, and controls the globally integrated laptop or computer? Thatrrrs the true question I ask individuals today, so please consider all of this and think about it.
